The successful candidate shall be placed at  Pune  Location. It is a Full-time Job, “No” remote work.  Data Engineer  willing to work on a 12-month contract/full-time may apply.

Role Description

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled  Data Analyst (DA AC)  with strong experience in  claims data and commercial datasets . The role involves hands-on analytics, building data-driven insights, and leading the development of analytical frameworks while working closely with a team of data scientists and analysts.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and enhancement of analytical frameworks to solve business problems
Perform hands-on analysis of  claims data  and  commercial datasets
Write and optimize  SQL queries  to answer complex business questions
Use  Python  for data analysis, data manipulation, and modeling
Apply  basic machine learning algorithms  for predictive and descriptive analytics
Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across analyses

Required

Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in data analytics or data science roles
Strong experience working with  claims data
Proficiency in  Python  (Pandas, Num Py, etc.)
Strong  SQL  skills for querying and data extraction

Experience with  commercial datasets
Understanding of  basic machine learning algorithms  (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work hands-on while guiding and collaborating with a team

Nice to Have
Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services domains
Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
