We’re looking for  senior UI/UX Designer  who has hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade software and can confidently own complex product experiences from concept to launch.

Role & ownership:

• High-autonomy role with real influence on product direction

• End-to-end ownership of UX for ERP and SaaS web applications

• Direct collaboration with founders, product managers, and engineers

Key responsibilities:

• Design user flows for ERP modules (dashboards, roles & permissions, reports, workflows)

• Build and maintain scalable design systems for large, multi-module products

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on real usage

• Translate business requirements into clear, usable interfaces

Required experience & skills:

• UI/UX design experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software

• Strong experience designing data-dense interfaces and complex systems

• Proven portfolio with shipped enterprise or B2B products

• Deep understanding of UX patterns for admin panels and multi-role platforms

Software & tools knowledge:

• Figma (advanced), Fig Jam, design systems, component libraries

• Experience working with developer handoff tools and design-to-dev workflows

• Understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, React-based UIs is a plus)

• Bonus: experience designing analytics dashboards or workflow-based systems

Education
B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field.
