We’re looking for a senior sales leader to drive global growth for a well established CFD & online trading platform.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands the FX/CFD ecosystem end to end partnerships, platforms, regulation, and revenue.
🔹 What you’ll do
- Own and execute global growth strategy across FX, CFDs, indices, commodities, and related products
- Acquire and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Money Managers, and White Label partners
- Expand into new international markets, working closely with local partners and regulatory frameworks
- Lead and mentor business development managers and regional teams
- Build strong relationships with high value clients, liquidity providers, and institutional partners
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand
- Track performance, analyze KPIs, and report growth metrics to senior leadership
🔹 What we’re looking for
- 8–10+ years of experience in FX / CFD / online trading sales or business development
- Proven network of IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners
- Strong understanding of MT4 / MT5, cTrader, or similar trading platforms
- Experience operating in regulated environments (FCA, CySEC, SCA, DFSA, FSC, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working with global teams and multi market strategies
🔹 Nice to have
- Multi language capability
- Exposure to crypto, fintech, or blockchain based trading products
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar
