- Own and operate compliance programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and TISAX, ensuring successful certification renewals
- Lead and manage internal, external, and customer audits, including direct engagement with auditors
- Track, remediate, and validate all audit findings within agreed SLAs to ensure compliance
- Drive cross-functional training to enhance understanding of control requirements
- Develop and report on compliance and customer trust metrics and performance indicators (KPIs)
- 4+ years of direct experience in managing compliance programs in a high-growth or SaaS environment
- Proven experience in conducting and managing audits, including SOC 2 and ISO certifications
- Knowledgeable in HIPAA and TISAX compliance requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as Crowdstrike, JAMF, Red Canary, Git Hub, and Airtable
- Big4 experience strongly preferred
- Experience in managing customer trust initiatives, including security questionnaires and audits
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a common control framework
- Experience developing security and customer trust whitepapers
