We're looking for a  Web Developer  who understands how modern web applications actually work and can take ownership of real production systems.

Role Overview  In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing PackTHC's web platforms. You'll work on live e-commerce infrastructure, integrate external services, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver fast, stable, and conversion-focused experiences.
This role requires strong technical fundamentals and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
Required Skill Set    3+ years of professional web development experience
Strong hands-on experience with  React.js  for building modern front-end applications

Working experience with  Node.js  for backend development and API creation
Practical knowledge of  Laravel (PHP)  for backend systems and integrations

Experience with  Three.js (3D / WebGL)  for interactive or visual web components
Solid understanding of  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience working with  REST APIs  and third-party integrations
Familiarity with  database management  (MySQL / Postgre

SQL preferred)
Proficient with  Git / Git Hub  for version control and collaboration
Understanding of  performance optimization, scalability, and security basics

Key Responsibilities   Develop and maintain  custom web and e-commerce functionality .
Build reusable front-end components using  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) .
Work with modern JavaScript frameworks ( React / Next.js / Vue preferred ).
Implement and maintain  backend logic  using  Node.js / PHP / Python .
Integrate  payment gateways, APIs, and third-party services .
Optimize sites for  performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals .
Debug and resolve production issues.
Maintain clean repositories using  Git / Git Hub .
Follow best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements    2+ years  of professional web development experience.
Strong understanding of  JavaScript and web fundamentals .
Experience working on  live production websites .
Ability to work  independently during U.S. night shifts .
Clear problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills   

Experience with  custom e-commerce workflows .
Familiarity with  headless or API-first architectures .
Understanding of caching, security, and scalability.

Experience with  U.S.

-based clients or products .
Use of  AI-assisted development tools  (Copilot, GPT, etc.).
