Must-have qualifications :
- MDM – Intune Expert
- Microsoft Entra , Active Directory, Defender, Exchange
- Experience with Endpoint security and management, disaster recovery,
- ITSM and ticket management, Inventory management.
Preferred qualifications :
- Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
- Administer and maintain Entra (Azure Active Directory), including identity management, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Online – mailbox configurations, security, and hybrid environment setups.
- Oversee and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Office 365 Security.
- Experience with providing technical support for escalated issues, troubleshooting, and resolution in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
This is a full-time role as a System Engineer to run and manage our 24x7 Support operation. The System Engineer will be responsible for :
- Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
- Administer and maintain Entra (Azure Active Directory), including identity management, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Online – mailbox configurations, security, and hybrid environment setups.
- Oversee and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Office 365 Security.
- Provide technical support for escalated issues, troubleshooting, and resolution in a timely manner.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational and client policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management.
- Proactively monitor and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Responds to client inquiries and provides technical support to users.
- Troubleshoots hardware and software issues.
- Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates.
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
- 24x7 desktop support operations, ensuring seamless delivery of technical assistance to end-users
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management.
