SVP, Product Development and Packaging (Hybrid)
We are seeking a dedicated and talented SVP of Product Development and Packaging to join our team. ONE/SIZE is redefining beauty through bold innovation, powerful storytelling, and inclusive products that perform. Founded by Patrick Starrr, our brand is committed to creating transformative, high-performance beauty for all. As we scale, we are seeking a senior product leader to drive our innovation pipeline and ensure every launch reflects the uniqueness and strength of the ONE/SIZE mission and community.
The SVP of Product Development is responsible for leading ONE/SIZE’s full product innovation lifecycle from strategy through execution across all categories, including complexion, color, skincare, body, and tools. This role leads and scales our Product Development team, partnering closely with the President, Founder, and cross-functional teams to develop first-to-market products that deliver exceptional performance and reflect the brand’s bold, inclusive DNA.
You are a visionary in product creation with deep expertise in color cosmetics, a passion for social storytelling, and a sharp eye for white space. You have an obsession with product excellence, a deep understanding of what drives beauty consumers today, and a proven track record of developing iconic, category-defining products.
The ideal candidate will have a deep color and complexion background, an obsession with beauty and social media storytelling. You have strong business acumen and a keen drive for product innovation.
As a member of the Product Development & Packaging team, you will collaborate with all teams cross-functionally and report directly to the President.

This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred.
A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.
