Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Specialist based in Orlando, FL, with partial remote work flexibility. The Design Specialist will lead the creation and refinement of graphics and design elements for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Daily tasks include producing high-quality graphic assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams on user interface design and architecture, and utilizing computer-aided design tools to support projects.

The role also involves conducting design research to incorporate innovative ideas and best practices into deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Graphic Design and creating professional-grade Graphics
  • Experience and proficiency with Architecture and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
  • Strong ability to conduct Research for innovative design solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
