Position Overview:
Seeking a results-driven Data Analyst Contractor. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers and data engineering teams to deliver actionable insights, build scalable data pipelines, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This position will report to Director, Product Management, and will collaborate with different stakeholders such as Business Partners Sourcing, Product Safety Quality Assurance, Responsible Sourcing and others across different Offices.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with different functional teams, business partners, product and engineering teams to identify the data needs.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Write efficient queries and scripts in SQL and Python to extract and process data.
Work with Mongo
DB to query and model No
SQL data for analytics purposes.
Support A/B testing, experimentation design, and performance tracking for product features.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and scripting.
Experience working with No
SQL databases like Mongo
DB.
Familiarity with backend data sources built in Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot.
Strong skills in data visualization.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong organizational & multi-tasking ability
Strong adaptability & resiliency skills. The work is dynamic and the ability to change directions seamlessly is critical.
Preferred
Skills:
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their role in data integration.
