Our C&W Technology Team of Solution Leads, Project Managers, Business Analysts & Solution Consultants work closely with our client and account stakeholders to identify potential opportunities to deliver value through technology and provide insights into solutions that support targeted outcomes.

This is a full-time position and can be located anywhere in the United States with the ability to work from home, office, or hoteling space as required. Travel is required.

The Business Intelligence Solutions team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The primary focus is on continuous improvement of GOS platform and Sales Analytics tools. The Business Intelligence Manager’s responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.

This role requires a forward-thinking approach with an BI to Artificial Intelligence mindset and focus.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to BI analysts and account team resources
• Establish best practices, standards, and repeatable processes for BI development and delivery
• Provide training and enablement to account teams on BI platforms, tools, and analytics capabilities

• Serve as a senior operations and sales team analytics partner to clients and account teams, managing key relationships and expectations
• Advise clients on analytics strategies, including how to prioritize requests and align them with platform capabilities and long-term value
• Determine appropriate responses to client requests that may be out of scope, misaligned with best practices, or not in the client’s best interest
• Provide clear verbal and written updates to management and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes

• Lead BI platform initiatives to enhance the delivery of insights across all clients
• Liaise with BI platform and solutions teams to ensure dashboard design, prototyping, and development meet business and product requirements
