About YouYou are passionate about supporting the Facets (Trizetto claims processing and benefits) application and workflow. You will be responsible for supporting business processes and solutions related to the needs of the specific business area for reporting, upgrades and ongoing operational support, as well as supporting system/application configuration and administration of packaged software, along with customizations. You will participate in administration-designed solutions, system testing and system performance.
In the role of Process Solutions Architect III, you will independently manage or maintain processes and/or projects, aligning the Claims
XM IT team with project tasks, processes, and/or support.

About The Position- Work independently of direct management and leadership oversight, providing client support and serving as the primary liaison between client and IT teams; responsible for making impactful decisions.
- Provide briefings to executive leadership as needed.
- Manage and maintain processes and/or projects, aligning the Claims
XM IT team with project tasks and support needs. - Provide documentation and reporting, keeping teams and stakeholders informed of project/process progression.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Facets application areas, including system/application architecture and data integrations, and define requirements for system functionality.
- Plan and act as a liaison with vendors, business areas, and clients during development and implementation to support system operations.
- Independently analyze business problems or opportunities and develop recommendations and solutions; implement and communicate actions and outcomes.
- Contribute to project completion within time and budget.
- Provide support and assistance to team members.
- Create automated functions, reports, and extracts to satisfy audits and regulatory requirements in support of core systems and related applications.
- Provide consultative support in analyzing business requirements and use cases to develop efficient enterprise solutions.
- Analyze current system usage of packaged software, including customizations and subsystems, and report data structure improvements.
- Support key components of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support building solutions to meet business needs and system automation development and maintenance.
- Document system/technical specifications to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
- Perform other related duties as necessary.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred. If no degree, 10 years of experience in Facets data administration.
- Experience in system automation (e.g., Power Shell, Terraform, T-SQL, Desired State Configuration, command line tasks).
- 12+ years of Tri Zetto Facets data model/procedure experience.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration toward company goals.
- Azure administration experience is a plus.
- System-level problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Effective communication with executive leadership and diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Citrix experience is a plus.

Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm CST, with additional hours based on business needs
Compensation Range$128,000 - $146,000 annually
