Remote Reporting Analyst

In this role, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making across various departments. • Aggregate, validate, and govern data across booking systems, CRM, finance tools, and partners
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking usage, spend, and satisfaction
• Deliver recurring reporting for leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence
• Analyze trends and cohorts to surface risks, growth opportunities, and inefficiencies
• Create clear visuals and insights for QBRs, EBRs, and executive readouts
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and external teams to improve data pipelines and definitions

• 5+ years in data analytics or reporting roles, ideally in SaaS, travel-tech, or e-commerce
• Advanced SQL and hands‑on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and cloud data warehouses
• Ability to explain complex data clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail with strong organization and follow‑through
