LearnDash​/LMS Specialist​/Part-Time

Position: LearnDash / LMS Specialist (Contract / Part-Time)
We’re looking for an experienced Learn Dash / LMS Specialist to support and enhance an existing learning management system for Canadian firm.

The LMS is already built and live. The role will focus on modifications, optimisation, and future integrations with other systems as the platform evolves.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with an existing Learn Dash LMS (Word Press-based)
- Modify and customise course structures, user roles, and workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance
- Implement integrations with external systems (e.g. CRM, analytics, payment tools)
- Advise on scalability and future LMS improvements

Required Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Learn Dash or similar LMS platforms (e.g. Moodle, Lifter

LMS)
- Advanced Word Press development skills
- PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

- Experience with APIs and third-party integrations
- Ability to work independently on an already-built system

Nice to Have

- Experience with LMS migrations or data syncing
- Knowledge of learning analytics or reporting tools
- Background in education, training, or EdTech platforms
