This is a full-time Business Development Partner role based in Palo Alto, CA, with a hybrid work option allowing for both in-office and remote work. The role involves identifying and building strategic partnerships, leading business development initiatives, supporting sales efforts, and executing project management tasks. The Business Development Partner will also play a key role in consulting and training to meet client needs and contribute to the success of the team.
Qualifications- Leadership Development and Training skills to guide and empower team performance
- Project Management and Consulting skills for executing strategies and delivering client solutions
- Experience in Sales and Business Strategy to identify and secure growth opportunities
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting with adaptability to both remote and in-office environments
- Previous experience in AI, data infrastructure, or technology-focused roles is a plus
