We are looking for a Technical Support Executive Intern to strengthen our client support team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain practical exposure in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in assisting clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical assistance to clients via email, phone, or chat.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and networks.

• Escalate unresolved problems to senior engineers when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of support requests and solutions in ticketing systems.

• Assist in monitoring system health and reporting performance concerns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support workflows.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
