Qualifications/Skills
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Understanding of Application Installation processes, OS security, Anti-Virus software, Firewalls etc.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Understanding of MDM systems such as Microsoft Intune, Manage Engine MDM, Kaspersky Endpoint, AD Group Policy etc.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zoho Desk, Any Desk etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Work with software development team for distribution and testing of our native applications
- Work with Sales team to understand customer ecosystems and provide guidance and inputs on installation and app management
- Work with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post onboarding journeys
- Help in building tooling for collecting application analytics and metrics
