- Role – Associate Director/Director – IT Administration

We are looking for an experienced Leader - IT Administration to lead and optimize our IT infrastructure and operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT support, network management, cloud services, software deployment, and overall IT efficiency in a fast-growing B2B startup.

What You’ll Do

IT Infrastructure Management

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and enterprise software.
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure scalability and performance.
- Optimize IT resource allocation and infrastructure cost management.

End-User Computing & IT Support

- Lead the IT support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Define and implement IT policies, best practices, and standard operating procedures for end-user computing.
- Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, deployment, and lifecycle tracking.

Cloud & SaaS Application Management

- Administer and optimize cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.).
- Manage SaaS subscriptions, user access, and licensing to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
- Automate IT workflows for efficiency and scalability.

IT Operations & Governance

- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and industry best practices.
- Develop IT documentation, training materials, and user guidelines.
- Establish SLAs and performance metrics for IT service delivery.

Collaboration & Vendor Management

- Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT with business needs.
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality IT services.
- Negotiate contracts and evaluate new IT solutions for business improvement.

What You’ll Bring :

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), IT asset management, and SaaS applications.
- Proven ability to manage IT teams and drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

- Experience with automation tools and IT service management frameworks (ITIL, etc.) is a plus.
