• Collaborate with senior team members, customers, and engineers to define capability needs and drive quality business solutions
• Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results related to customer impacts
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout project life cycles
• Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting
• Assist in image management, system optimization, and participation in project management initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant experience as determined by the employer
• Experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
• Strong understanding of DICOM and HL7 standards
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in medical imaging systems administration, PACS administration, or a similar role within a healthcare environment
• Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Framework Group (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
