Position: Senior Business Analyst
Experience:
7+ Years

Business Analysis, Agile & Scrum Methodologies, Stakeholder & Client Management, Jira, Confluence, Agile Project Management Tools, Documentation, SDLC
Key Responsibilities
Act as liaison between clients and delivery teams
Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile execution
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage and groom backlogs in Jira and Confluence
Track sprints, risks, dependencies, and resolve blockers
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams
Present progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Drive process and workflow improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master or Scrum support experience
Exposure to CRM, workflow automation, or Power Apps
Experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
