About the Role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Digital Marketer to own organic distribution of visual content and brand assets across a range of online platforms and communities.

This is an execution-focused role centered on thoughtful, compliant, and consistent content distribution rather than high-level brand strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership to expand reach, test new channels, monitor performance, and maintain steady brand visibility through hands-on community engagement.

This role is well-suited for someone who understands how online communities function, can adapt tone and format to different environments, and can operate independently with care and discretion.

What You’ll Own

- Distribution of company-approved visual and written content across approved platforms and communities
- Execution of organic, community-based marketing initiatives
- Monitoring engagement, reach, and performance trends
- Providing daily summaries and updates to internal stakeholders
- Researching new platforms, communities, and distribution opportunities
- Supporting ad hoc digital marketing and community outreach tasks as needed

Ownership here means executing reliably, tracking outcomes, surfacing insights early, and adjusting tactics based on real-world feedback.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 1–3 months, success is demonstrated by outcomes such as:

- Consistent, compliant content distribution across relevant platforms
- Clear signal on which formats, messaging, and channels perform best
- Reliable daily reporting and clear async communication
- Identification of new viable distribution opportunities
- Demonstrated judgement around discretion, brand safety, and platform norms

Success in this role is not about volume. It’s about judgement, consistency, and sustainable distribution over time.

Requirements

- Experience working with online platforms, communities, or social channels
- Strong understanding of organic digital marketing and content distribution
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, workflows, and posting schedules
- Excellent written communication and clear reporting skills
- Comfortable working independently while following brand guidelines
- Ability to maintain discretion and operate within sensitive brand contexts
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Discord, task trackers)

Useful Experience (Not Required)

- Experience supporting community growth or content distribution efforts
- Background in digital marketing operations, community management, or social media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to test, learn, and iterate

Depth in one or two areas is more valuable than surface familiarity with everything.
