Aboutthe Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to grow and manage their presence across Amazon and other third-party marketplaces, while supporting ecommerce initiatives on their primary websites. This role focuses on marketplace execution, merchandising, performance analysis, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and motivated to scale ecommerce through optimization, automation, and clear reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management & Growth
- Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces
- Own marketplace merchandising (titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, categories)
- Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, traffic, and inventory health
- Coordinate promotions, deals, and marketplace programs
Ecommerce Support & Optimization
- Support website ecommerce initiatives, launches, and promotions
- Assist with conversion rate optimization using performance data
- Maintain catalog, pricing, and inventory consistency across channels
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze trends and provide clear insights and recommendations
- Ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and repeatable
Automation, AI & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
- Leverage automation and AI tools for listing optimization, analysis, and workflows
- Audit processes and develop scalable SOPs
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Stay current on marketplace policies and industry best practices
Required
- 2–5+ years of ecommerce or marketplace experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong understanding of merchandising and conversion optimization
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and SOP documentation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Nice to Have
- Experience with Walmart or other marketplaces
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and automation tools
- Experience using AI tools and/or paid marketplace advertising
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and processes
- Someone who balances speed with accuracy and values clean data
- A collaborative team player
Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 per year
