The Global Learning Operations Specialist supports the Global Learning Team by coordinating programs, coaching operations, communication and event activities that serve Broker Owners, Managers, Recruiters and Agents across the REMAX network. This role has direct responsibility for operational execution, revenue reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting tied to Global Learning initiatives. Accuracy, organization, and strong follow-through are critical to success in this position.
- Support planning, execution and tracking of Recruiting 101, Recruiting 201, Broker 101, Agent Essentials, group coaching and specialty learning tracks.
- Reconcile monthly revenue for One on One Coaching and paid training events by tracking participants, confirming completed sessions and coordinating with Finance.
- Coordinate invoicing for Educational Partners and Education Approved Suppliers and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Assist with program materials, timelines, and documentation.
- Monitor incoming questions related to Global Learning programs and coaching.
- Resolve routine issues or route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Track common questions and trends in Salesforce.
- Coordinate virtual broadcasts, webinars, instructor led training, live in person events, group coaching sessions and learning experiences at R4, BOC and other REMAX events.
- Support event logistics including scheduling, materials, communication, and attendance tracking.
- Assist instructors and facilitators with scheduling, slide decks, materials and documentation.
- Collect feedback and session surveys to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain dashboards and reports related to participation, attendance, completions, and coaching utilization.
- Pull monthly data and prepare summaries for leadership.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track follow up items.
- Draft documents and maintain organized files within shared drives.
- Process invoices and support payment workflows.
- Administer and moderate REMAX owned Facebook groups including Growth Masters, Elite and Torchbearers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Dependable with consistent follow through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
$75,000 - $82,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
