About leading the next gen

We are leading the next gen – a company that combines modern leadership, agility, and AI to make transformations successful. With locations in Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Hanover, Hamburg, and Berlin
, we work with clients across industries.

Our mission
  • Innovation strength
    :
We support organizations on their path toward effective collaboration and agile product development.
  • Future-focused: Using Scrum, Kanban, OKRs
    , and scaled approaches (e.g.,
SAFe®), we help clients thrive in a dynamic world.
  • Flexibility:
    Remote work
, agile tools, and mobile office are part of how we operate.
  • Sustainability and diversity
    :
We are committed to a better, fairer, and more sustainable future.
Your role – what to expect

You work closely with teams, Product Owners, leaders, and stakeholders. You ensure agile ways of working are not only introduced, but truly lived – and continuously improved.

You will take ownership of, among other things:

  • Facilitating core Scrum/team events (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro) – efficient, focused, timeboxed.
  • Operational responsibility for collaboration and transparency across the workflow (board hygiene, work policies, keeping WIP/flow in view).
  • Supporting backlog, refinement, and bug/issue processes (ready criteria, decomposition, prioritization).
  • Supporting capacity and sprint/iteration planning (realistic commitments, making dependencies visible early).
  • Tracking and communicating progress and performance indicators (dashboards/KPIs, clear status transparency).
  • Facilitation support in cross-team and scaled formats (Scrum of Scrums, sync formats, ART/program meetings).
  • Planning and delivering workshops/trainings (ways of working, collaboration, dependencies, team agreements).
  • Following up on actions (e.g., retrospective action items) and removing impediments –
    proactive and consistent
    .
Your profile – what you bring

Most importantly, you work hands-on and reliably support teams in day-to-day delivery.

What we’re looking for
  • Initial practical experience as a Agile Coach/Scrum Master or in a comparable role (professional work, internships, or projects).
  • Ideally, exposure to scaled settings (especially SAFe®) or collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Very strong English skills
    :
In many projects, English is the primary working language.
  • German is optional depending on the project/context; we support you internally.
  • Confident use of Jira, Confluence, and Miro (or the willingness to ramp up fast).
  • You facilitate with empathy and clarity – structured and consistent in follow-through.
  • You are highly proactive
, identify impediments early, and drive topics toward resolution.
What we offer – why leading the next gen?
  • A permanent full-time contract with attractive compensation.
  • Mentoring
    :
From day one, you’ll be supported by an experienced colleague as your mentor.
  • Individual development:
    certifications (e.g.,
    CSM®, PSM™, SAFe®) and trainings.
  • Modern work culture
    :
Work flexibly – from home, in our offices, or on the go.
  • Sustainability and diversity
    :
We value who you are and what you bring.
  • Community feeling
    :
Team events, virtual coffee chats, and regular retros – even remotely.
