We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms. You will create, curate, and optimize content to engage our audience, drive traffic, and grow our online presence. SEO knowledge is a strong plus, as it will help enhance the reach and visibility of our content.

• Develop, implement, and manage social media content and campaigns that align with business goals
• Create engaging multimedia content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and others
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster online communities
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media content with broader campaigns
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Bonus:
  Implement basic SEO strategies to optimize posts for search engines and increase organic visibility

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to create visual content (graphics, videos, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
• SEO knowledge is a plus—experience with keyword research, optimization, and content ranking strategies is highly valued
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
• Experience with applications such as CANVA or Adobe is preferred
