We’re looking for a talented Hub Spot Marketing Consultant to join our team! We are searching for a person who’s passionate about marketing automation consulting & lead management process design. You’ll be a key player in a team of Hub Spot experts, helping businesses optimize their marketing, sales and customer experience.

• Consult clients on business and marketing strategies - especially from marketing perspective
• Advise on digital marketing, sales, and Hub Spot best practices
• Facilitate workshops and provide training
• Configure and optimize Hub Spot technology
• Drive change and improve customer experience

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Hub Spot
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting or marketing specialist role
• Analytical mindset – you love data, reporting, and insights
• Strong understanding of modern sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills
• Results‑driven with solid project management skills
• Fluent in Finnish and English (other languages are a plus)
