Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients within a digital advertising technology environment. In this role, you will manage strategic customer relationships, drive platform adoption, and help clients achieve strong performance and long-term value.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to advertisers and agencies, providing guidance on campaign execution, optimization, and performance. This role requires a solid understanding of programmatic advertising, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, managing relationships across self-serve and managed-service accounts to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement, ensuring customers effectively leverage the platform and new capabilities.
- Partner with clients on campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor by translating client business goals into platform and media strategies, including recommendations across inventory types and targeting approaches.
- Monitor account health, identify risks and growth opportunities, and support renewals and account expansion within enterprise portfolios.
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
- Strong background in AdTech and programmatic advertising
- Experience supporting enterprise-level clients in a SaaS or AdTech environment
- Experience managing both self-serve and managed-service client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to train and support clients on complex platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into insights and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
