Are you an experienced Product Marketing Manager ready to define clear product positioning and lead impactful go-to-market strategies for our SaaS products?
At Open-Xchange, we develop and deliver open-source communication and collaboration technologies for email and DNS security that connect millions of people worldwide and enable digital sovereignty.
- Extensive experience in SaaS product marketing, ideally within communication or productivity software, including the launch and positioning of complex solutions in international markets.
- Strong ability to translate complex, technology-driven products into clear, customer-focused positioning and messaging.
- Familiarity with cloud and email-related technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, IMAP) is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and storytelling skills;
German is a plus. - Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to inspire alignment around a shared message.
- Comfortable working in a low-hierarchy, remote-first environment with multicultural teams across different time zones.

Your team:You will be part of a dedicated customer-focused cell and work closely across cross-functional teams this role, you shape how OX products are positioned and communicated to customers, partners, and the market. By translating complex product capabilities into clear narratives, you ensure consistent messaging across launches, content, and go-to-market activities.
Your new job:- Define and evolve product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for OX Products.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-focused benefits.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and releases in collaboration with Product and Sales.
- Develop reusable messaging frameworks, launch playbooks, and enablement assets.
- Elevate OX’s storytelling across channels such as web, content, launches, and events.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for Product Owners and Customer Success teams.
- Enable and coach colleagues across cells on positioning and storytelling.
