Syntax is looking for a motivated and curious Junior SAP DM Technical Consultant to join our Digital Manufacturing team in Morocco. This role is ideal for professionals early in their SAP journey who want to grow their technical expertise and contribute to both AMS (Application Management Services) support and customer delivery projects
.
You will be trained and coached by senior experts while working on SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions that optimize and modernize manufacturing operations. This position offers great opportunities to develop technical skills, gain hands‑on experience, and grow within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide AMS support for SAP Digital Manufacturing applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on development tasks
, enhancements, and technical integrations. - Assist in the configuration and technical setup of SAP DM functionalities.
- Participate in project activities across the SAP Activate methodology (requirements, design, build, testing, go‑live).
- Support integration topics involving SAP PP, QM, EWM, and machine connectivity/interfaces.
- Contribute to technical documentation, test execution, and user training.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and customers.
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes, IT support, or development (internships included).
- Understanding of SAP environments or ERP systems (academic or hands‑on).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English and French.
- Exposure to SAP Production Planning (PP) or MES systems.
- Experience with IoT protocols, machine integration, or industrial systems.
- SAP certifications or relevant academic projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial/Manufacturing Systems, or a related field.
