Position: Tier II Help Desk Specialist - Onsite & Remote Support
A leading nonprofit organization is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to provide technical support onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate must possess relevant certifications, including Microsoft Office Specialist and ITIL v3 Foundations, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a desk-side support environment. Responsibilities include managing service requests, logging tickets, troubleshooting issues, and supporting PC refresh programs.

This role requires travel up to 50% for onsite support, with reimbursement for travel expenses.
