We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best sleep experience through our premium products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a talented and driven Growth Manager, Organic Social to join our team and help us expand our presence in online communities.
We are seeking a Manager Growth, Organic Social with a proven track record of driving new customer acquisition through innovative and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging online communities, including Reddit and Facebook Groups, as well as other digital channels to fuel our growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of growth marketing, analytics, and community engagement.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive new customer acquisition across Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other digital platforms.
- Lead the execution of branded community spaces, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Experiment with and optimize various growth channels and tactics to achieve measurable results.
- Monitor and engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty and advocacy while maintaining brand integrity.
- Create and test compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and key community members to amplify our reach and impact.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize growth strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer service, to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role within an early-stage tech startup.
- Strong understanding of Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other digital community platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a knack for innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- SEO experience, preferred.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for the mattress and sleep industry is a plus.

The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including background, skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors. Additional InformationResident is a privately held company headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with offices in Tel Aviv and manufacturing operations in Jeffersonville, IN. This remote role may require attendance at in-person meetings, trainings, team events, or other off-site gatherings as part of business operations. The Company will provide advance notice and cover approved travel expenses per policy.
