Classification: This position is classified as exempt, full-time, and is at-will employment.
As a Social Media Manager at Well Connected Brands, you will lead strategy and also execute the day-to-day work. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility, a work from home schedule, and the opportunity to own social media marketing from concept to completion. You will capture content, write copy, manage client accounts, and bring ideas to life across platforms.
You will collaborate with clients and internal team members to bring brand stories to life while staying grounded in strategy and measurable results.
Although this role offers flexibility, you must be available during standard business hours to communicate with clients, participate in internal meetings, and support real-time needs. Most work happens in the general 8 to 5 range Monday-Friday, with room to manage your schedule as long as responsibilities are met.
This is a fully remote position within the State of California. Employees must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace. Travel is required for content capture at client site visits. Most visits are in Orange County, with occasional regional trips and very limited nationwide travel, usually one to two times each year. There are occasional site visits that may occur during evenings or weekends, but this is the exception rather than the rule.
We also host quarterly in-person team meetings in Orange County or Los Angeles.
Experience required to start: 5+ years of professional social media or marketing experience preferred.
