We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud and integration processes with SAP S/4

HANA. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, driving digital commerce initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP platforms.

• Analyze and document business requirements related to SAP Commerce Cloud and its integration with SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end e-commerce solutions including Commerce back-end processes, Commerce front-end components & pages, integration to SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
• Support the configuration and optimization of SAP Commerce Cloud modules such as:
  Smart Edit, Product Content Management (PCM), Adaptive Search, Order Management...
• Ensure robust integration, particularly with SAP S/4
  
  HANA (particularly in areas like order-to-cash and product master data), Payment provider, Tax Engine, DAM, PIM, personalization engine, marketing automation platforms, Web analytics.
• Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards for SAP CX.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture and modules.
• Proven experience with integration processes between SAP Commerce Cloud and ERPs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with SAP Composable storefront
• SEO knowledge, Google Analytics
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD) and retail.
• Familiarity with other SAP Customer Experience solutions: SAP Emarsys, SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), SAP Sales & Service Cloud v2, Retail Industry Solutions.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant areas.
