RoleThe Paid Strategist is a client‑facing role responsible for day‑to‑day deliverables, managing custom client strategies, and communicating with stakeholders. You will create high‑performing paid media strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and lead a collection of paid media accounts.
- Serve as direct support to client contacts.
- Coordinate weekly communication with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment and quality.
- Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network.
- Build quarterly strategies for clients.
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets across multiple paid channels.
- Analyze client positioning and unique value propositions.
- Confirm lead routing accuracy within CRM.
- Leverage programmatic campaigns.
- Manage personal productivity and utilization.
- Collaborate with Associate Director to meet internal and client goals.
- Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linked In Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
- Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
- Expertise across paid search and paid social (Google Ads, Facebook, Linked In, etc.).
- Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager).
- Strong understanding of PPC principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel or similar.
- Track results via OKR.
- Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
- Strong storytelling skills with data.
- Organized, prioritize multiple projects.
- Passionate about the industry, eager to grow and share.
- Ability to travel to client sites approximately once per year.
- Manage approximately five mid‑tier to enterprise accounts.
- Achieve department OKRs such as client growth and goal attainment.
- Build trust and renewals.
- Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals.
- Clearly communicate results to client contacts.
- Make strategic decisions for account direction.
Base salary $90,000‑$110,000 USD (US only) with potential bonus. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 100% employer‑paid plan for you and 50% for dependents.
