Senior ABM Specialist at Baires Dev

• Lead Baires Dev's ABM and demand-gen efforts to fuel our commercial growth.
• Plan and execute campaigns for strategic accounts, collaborating closely with Sales to accelerate opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Develop integrated ABM and demand-gen campaigns that target high-value enterprise and tech accounts.
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to identify and prioritize target accounts and buyer personas.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and direct outreach to drive engagement and pipeline.
• Measure campaign performance and optimize tactics to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
• Align marketing and commercial teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in a B2B company.
• 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing.
