IT Quality Assurance Analyst III; Remote - Raleigh, NC & Phoenix, AZ

• Write test cases based on requirements and user stories, performing manual testing as necessary
• Source, compile, and interpret data for accuracy and efficiency
• Contribute to risk management by conducting thorough quality checks of existing programs, policies, and procedures
• Assist in leading Quality Assurance testing teams by creating test plans and coordinating work streams across multiple teams
• Participate in defect meetings and present analysis on current and re‑tested defects

• 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a Financial Services organization, or 8 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma/GED
• Quality certification(s) preferred
• Strong exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including Waterfall and Agile
• Demonstrated experience in test planning, design, strategy, and execution of complex systems
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities, along with effective communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with Agile projects and knowledge of day‑to‑day Agile ceremonies
• Familiarity with Jira, X‑ray, or any defect tracking tool
• Basic understanding of API testing tools like Postman or Soap UI
• Exposure to Dev Ops and CI/CD practices and tools such as Git or Jenkins
• Basic knowledge of testing automation tools like Selenium or programming languages like Python, Ruby, or Java Script
