• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Epic security master files and templates
• Develop and maintain security records and manage data imports/exports
• Support system upgrades, environment copies, and detailed audits for compliance
• Create and manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions
• Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for security-related issues

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (experience may substitute for education)
• Minimum of 8 years of IT or healthcare IT experience
• Current Epic Security Certification
• Strong advanced Excel skills for data validation and reporting
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and leadership

• Proven ability to mentor and guide team members on security best practices
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and rollouts within healthcare settings
