We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate will:

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand, elicit and document the business processes and needs through brainstorming sessions and user elicitation sessions developing both written and visual depiction of process flows.
• Function as a liaison between users, business units and IT to groom requirements and facilitate User Acceptance Testing during the development cycle.
• Write requirements, conduct follow-up sessions with users to refine, finalize, and obtain approval of requirements from identified key stakeholders.
• Design new business functionality by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Serve as the ultimate facilitator between business and IT in truly understanding the business needs and plays a key role in the overall management and success of the effort through the project lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate and work with team members, other departments, and business leadership.

Pay Range: 87k to 97k annually

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success. Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work from home on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position.
