Remote eDiscovery Analyst

Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a leading eDiscovery services provider, is seeking eDiscovery Analyst for a minimum 6-month engagement, with the potential for extension. This remote role requires the candidate hired to work Pacific Time Zone hours (PST).

• Execute data collections from enterprise platforms including Google Vault, Box, Slack, and other cloud-based systems.
• Support the legal hold process, including issuance, tracking, reporting, and release of holds.
• Develop and modify SQL scripts to extract data from client’s internal platform, tailoring outputs to meet diverse legal and investigative requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• (Optional) Utilize Tableau to build dashboards and visualizations that enhance data interpretation and reporting.

• Proven experience in eDiscovery or legal operations with a strong understanding of enterprise data systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google Vault, Box, Slack, and similar platforms for data collection.
• Solid grasp of the legal hold lifecycle, including documentation and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting, with the ability to adapt queries based on request parameters and data structures.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
