• Coordinate with Government Points of Contact to ensure project tasks are completed on time
• Assist the Project Manager with maintaining clear and timely communications with stakeholders
• Provide technical input into distribution systems design and operational recommendations
• Lead small implementation teams or manage specific work scopes at various Air Force/Space Force bases
• Conduct planning and provide recommendations on task workload and quality assurance of project deliverables

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institute in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3+ years of experience in IT upgrade projects within the DoD environment
• Strong background in fiber splicing and testing using Fluke Versiv power meter and OTDR
• Active DoD Secret Level Clearance required
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and documents

• Experience using MS Visio or related CAD tools
• Familiarity with distribution systems design and implementation documentation
• Experience with all aspects of fiber testing
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
