Job Duties:

Partner with teams across Aladdin to drive forward strategic security analytics product decisions that accelerate the Aladdin offering. Define and document detailed product requirements and design product specifications for security analytics workflows. Develop, prioritize and maintain roadmaps, provide quarterly updates on deliverables and create content for management communications. Work with team leadership to maintain and manage the product backlog. Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and new opportunities for partnership in the security analytics domain.

Act as a subject matter expert in security analytics, providing technical and industry expertise to both sales and clients directly on how to leverage the Aladdin offering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field and three (3) years of experience as an Associate, Analyst or a related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with the following:
Financial analytics and bond math; and Aladdin security analytics software. Must have two (2) years of experience with the following:
Financial analytics production systems. Must have one (1) year of experience with the following:
Product and software delivery lifecycle;
Private credit investment workflows and corresponding analytics;
Best practices for transforming data across sources into a single pipeline; and Create technical developer specifications that cater to a user-centric front-end workflow.

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. Black Rock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
