An exciting opportunity has opened within our Professional Services team for an Anaplan Consultant. This is a full-time position.

You will directly contribute to high-quality delivery, customer success, and Bedford’s reputation for excellence across EMEA.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to our customers, helping them modernise planning, optimise processes, and realise the full power of the Anaplan platform.

Reports to: Head of Professional Services

Location: Poland / Remote

• Deliver high quality Anaplan solutions for our customers within the agreed timeframe and budget.
• Actively participate in business development initiatives when you are not active in the project.
• Communicate effectively and openly with your colleagues at Bedford & Anaplan.
• Develop and implement the latest Anaplan product enhancements together with our internal knowledge base. Maintain the exchange of knowledge with other colleagues.
• Maintain relationships with our customers at the appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure key stakeholders are informed of progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of service delivery to our clients. Create long-term relationships that extend beyond our project delivery.

• Strong proficiency across key Anaplan capabilities (or strong aptitude to learn)
• Full fluency in German (spoken, reading and written)
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines
• Alignment with Bedford’s values and ways of working
• Experience in finance, supply chain, sales performance or connected planning
• Experience working in a partner ecosystem or SaaS consultancy
• Multi-country or multi-industry exposure
