• Strong analytical skills to detect patterns and identify opportunities for growth
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards

• Experience in testing and validating new workflows
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Proficient in troubleshooting and handling exceptions
• Dedication to providing clear training and documentation for collaborators
• Willingness to travel as required
