This is a full-time remote position for a German Speaking Solution Consultant specialising in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) Scheduling & Forecasting and/or Timekeeping. Responsibilities include conducting solution discovery sessions, engaging in consulting and presales activities, and providing expert recommendations on workforce management strategies. The role also involves documenting client requirements, supporting project implementation, and leveraging analytical skills to deliver effective solutions tailored to the client’s business needs.
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions
- Consulting experience with a deep understanding of workforce management solutions and business processes
- Expertise in presales and sales to effectively communicate and deliver value propositions to customers
- Proficiency in project management techniques to plan, execute, and oversee implementation initiatives
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in utilising UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), Scheduling & Forecasting, and/or Timekeeping tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in workforce optimisation and industry best practices is an advantage
