Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. The role involves managing projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans—supporting design, implementation, and compliance—while collaborating with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.

- Periodic travel: client meetings, training sessions, and team workshops.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance.
- Client Delivery & Relationship Management: act as the key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
- Compliance & Risk Oversight: help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year‑end reporting for equity programs globally.
- Equity Program Management: support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
- Team Development: mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
- Insights & Analytics: support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
- 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
- Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm, boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience.
- Experience managing multi‑country share‑plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
- Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
- Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
- Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- This is a regular full‑time, hybrid role.
- Location:
New York. - Base salary: $106,200–$174,500 USD, based on education, location, and market data.
