* Position Summary:

** We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager – IT to lead a team of developers and architects working across Java, .NET, PL/SQL, T-SQL, and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile setup.
** Responsibilities:
*** Oversee full-stack application development using Java, .NET, and database technologies (PL/SQL, T-SQL)
* Review and guide solution architecture, technical design, and code for performance, scalability, and security
* Manage project delivery using Agile/Scrum, ensuring timely releases aligned with business goals
* Implement and maintain Dev Ops practices - CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation
* Lead design, deployment, and optimization of applications on AWS Cloud
* Utilize AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Cloud Watch, etc.) for building scalable, secure solutions
* Ensure application reliability, performance, and cost efficiency in cloud environments
* Collaborate closely with Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other teams to define priorities and ensure delivery excellence
* Champion process automation, performance improvements, and modernization initiatives
* Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions and technology roadmaps

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proven experience managing cross-functional software development teams
* Strong hands-on experience in Java, .NET Core, REST APIs, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
* Solid understanding of AWS cloud architecture and deployment models
* Experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Git) and issue tracking tools (Jira, Confluence)
* AWS certification or equivalent cloud experience
* Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and performance optimization
