The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company  Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Where you Come In

Lead the people‑side of strategic transformation at Humana by designing and executing strategies for change management and communications on large key initiatives inside the PPNO organization. You’ll partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, readiness, and performance across new processes, systems, and acquisitions.

This role blends change management, strategy, and communication with technical transformation—ideal for a leader with proven success guiding cybersecurity or large-scale organizational transitions. It requires strategic vision, operational expertise, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to partner closely with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic change and communication strategies that align with Humana’s business objectives, ranging from cybersecurity adoption to acquisition integration.

  • Coach and prepare leaders as change champions to effectively sponsor and champion transformation.

  • Serve as a trusted consultant, embedding change best practices into cross-functional project plans.

  • Design and facilitate interventions, training, team workshops, communications, that support behavior change and team effectiveness.

  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments; use data to monitor progress and adjust tactics accordingly.

  • Build strong relationships across matrixed teams and influence through collaboration and expertise.

  • Lead initiatives from planning through deployment and evaluation, ensuring timely, sustainable adoption.

Required Qualifications – What it takes to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, strategy, program or portfolio leadership

  • Minimum 2 years of project leadership or consulting experience in cross-functional transformations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree

  • Prosci (or equivalent) change management certification.

  • Experience with cybersecurity-related change initiatives.

  • Strong background in team facilitation, leadership coaching, stakeholder analysis, and performance management.

Work at Home Requirements

• To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

· Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
