- Lead executive business reviews and capture value delivered to customers from the employer's solutions
- Proactively address customer needs and identify opportunities for expansion to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology or legal professionals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a related role within legal tech consulting organizations or SaaS firms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms, along with a willingness to stay updated on industry advancements
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
- Experience with global and large law firms
- A proactive, personable approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated experience in change management strategies within the legal sector
