LMX Deployment Center of Excellence and focuses on operational change to accelerate mission success.
- Manage the change management process for assigned applications, ensuring proper documentation, assessment, and approval.
- Coordinate with application owners and stakeholders to align changes with business objectives.
- Assess changes for impact, risk, and complexity.
- Develop and maintain change management plans, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement changes on time.
- Verify that changes are tested and validated before deployment.
- Communicate change plans and status to stakeholders.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm success.
- Identify improvement areas and implement changes to the process.
- Identify improvement areas in change management process.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate with IT processes such as incident and problem management.
- Ensure all changes comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails.
Fully remote position; occasional travel (≈1‑4 times per year).
Work schedule:
4×10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
- Strong understanding of ITIL change management principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM).
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience with change management tools such as Service Now.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and locations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in change management or related field.
- Experience using JIRA.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Operations business applications.
- Experience with 1
LMX.

Benefits & CompensationAnnual base salary range (California, Massachusetts, and New York metropolitan areas): $114,700 – $198,720. (Other states: $99,700 – $175,835.)
