Senior​/Lead Product Manager

• Define and manage a scalable product management framework, including prioritization models
• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through delivery, managing scope and release schedules
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Ingest and prioritize customer feedback for future roadmap alignment
• Create C-suite-ready materials to communicate progress against goals and KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical graduate degree highly preferred
• 6+ years of progressive product management experience, with leadership of small product teams
• Proven success in defining and launching B2B products with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SDLC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical concepts

• Experience working within payments, fintech, AP/AR automation, or ERP-integrated platforms
• Data-driven mindset comfortable using KPIs to track product health and customer value
• Proven ability to proactively communicate status updates and elevate blockers early
