Associate Director, Product Management - Power Platform Solutions

Job Description:

As an Associate Director of Product Management, you will lead the development and delivery of internal-facing Power Platform solutions that drive automation, analytics, and digital transformation. You will work on projects that include canvas apps, model-driven apps, automated workflows, and data integration solutions-all designed to improve operational efficiency and create measurable impact.

What You'll Do

* Shape the Vision:
You will define product strategy and roadmap for Power Platform solutions in partnership with the VP of Engineering.

* Turn Ideas into Action:
You will translate business challenges into clear product requirements for apps and workflow automation.

* Drive Delivery:
You will own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business goals and engineering priorities.

* Collaborate Across Teams:
You will work closely with developers on data models, app architecture, and user experience design.

You will develop hands-on expertise with Power Apps Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse, supported by leadership.

* Ensure Quality:
You will participate in sprint planning, testing, and monitor post-launch performance to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You Bring

* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

* 5+ years in technical product management or similar roles (e.g., product owner, technical program manager).

* Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) or low-code/no-code platforms.

* Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

* Excellent communication skills-you can translate technical concepts into clear business language.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400 . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
